The Legal Service Directorate of Harar Regional Health Bureau serves as the principal legal advisory and compliance unit for all bureau operations. Established under the regional justice framework, the Directorate provides legal counsel to bureau leadership, drafts and reviews contracts and agreements, represents the Bureau in administrative and judicial proceedings, and ensures that all health sector activities conform to federal and regional laws. It also handles public complaints, investigates malpractice allegations, and coordinates with regional and federal justice organs on legal matters affecting health service delivery.
